Pavlos is a child who has been facing a lot of challenges, since he has been diagnosed with Di George syndrome. When the little guy came into this world, he wasn’t presenting with any health problems. As months went by however, his mother began to notice that he wasn’t gaining weight and he wasn’t consuming enough food. When he was just 3 months old, he developed high fever and spasms. His parents rushed him to the local hospital, where he remained hospitalized for a long period of time. After a series of specialized tests, he was diagnosed with Di George syndrome, a chromosomal abnormality that affects various organs systems.

Today, Pavlos is four years old. He is suffering from spastic quadriplegia and epilepsy, while he hasn’t yet uttered his first words. The child is regularly subjected to physiotherapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy. According to the developmental pediatrician who monitors his condition, it’s imperative that he is subjected to additional treatment sessions. At the same time, the little guy requires a variety of expendable supplies, which are essential for his daily care.

All these years, Pavlos’ parents have been doing everything in their power, in order to provide their little angel with the best possible medical care. Today however, they have reached a dead end, due to the child’s ever-increasing, health-related expenses, while his mother cannot return to her job, since he requires 24 hour care.

Little Pavlos has been struggling ever since he came into this world, however he has never lost his smile! This little fighter needs our help in order to proceed with his treatments and to claim a better future. So let us all join forces and offer this little angel a second chance in life!
