The Organization's income comes exclusively from the sales of our magazine, along with donations and sponsorships from private donors.

How is the money used if someone makes a donation without any reference;
Donations made without any reference are used to support Registered Members and individual cases).
How do I get a receipt for the deposit I have made;
After depositing, you must send us a message at info@praxiagapis.gr or via the date of deposit, your full name and transaction copy for our representatives to send you.
What kind of items can I donate to the Organisation?
You can donate basic items (milk, pasta, detergents, baby wipes, diapers, etc.), clothing and footwear (in good condition.
What kind of procedure does the Organization follow in order to receive the items to be donated;
All items can be donated in communication with our representatives, in the following ways:
- Delivering them to our facilities
- Upon receipt from your home
- By sending them to our warehouse, which is located at 66, Dorylaiou Street, in Thessaloniki. Postal code: 54454
What kind of procedure does the Organization follow in order to distribute donated items;
Registered members, who reside in Thessaloniki, can receive assistance by visiting our facilities. If a member resides in another city, donations are distributed by representatives of the Organization.
How can I become a registered member to get help?;

How often will I get help if I become a registered member?;
The frequency of the assistance provided depends on the needs of the registered members, as well as the quantity.
Is Act of Kindness consists of employees in addition to volunteers?
The organization consists of employees and volunteers, who offer their services daily, to support. These people have various skills, knowledge and experience and provide great value to our effort to create a better society. Our team consists exclusively of employees or volunteers, but also consists of all those who believe!
Is there a competent body investigating whether you are making good use of donated funds?
The organization is led by a Board of Directors that determines its proper and uninterrupted operation.
Does the Agency receive funding from the State or the EU?
To date, the Organization does not receive any kind of funding from the state or the EU.
