Prompted by the International Day Against Childhood Cancer, and aiming to relieve the pain our little fighters experience while battling this calamitous disease, our Organization proceeded to make one more donation to the Ippokration General Hospital of Thessaloniki.
With the slogan: YOU CAN WIN THIS, we visited the pediatric oncology department, where we were welcomed by Mrs. Evgenia Papakonstantinou, the chief of the department. We offered medical expendable supplies and toys for the hospital’s school, which will keep the young patients entertained, as well as symbolic gifts for all children who are currently hospitalized.
We said goodbye to these little heroes, while wishing they would soon win this battle!
